<p>當好忙嘅時候，就會喺早一晚準備定第二晚嘅dinner，咁一返到屋企就會有一餐好味嘅嘢食！星期五喺優質嘅凍肉舖買嚟西班牙黑毛豬仔骨，打算星期日用嚟整barbecue ribs。</p>



<p>整豬仔骨最緊要係耐性，講緊係醃製嘅時間，要醃製時間夠長，豬仔骨先會入味，而技巧，係唔使嘅，所以無論入廚經驗有幾多，都可以整到好味嘅豬仔骨！唔使再喺出邊食啦！</p>
