										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>每間泰式餐館一定有得賣，無論高級餐館定街邊檔，話係泰式signature dish 一定不為過，酸酸甜甜好惹味的pad Thai,有無人鐘意呢？🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♂️ 其實材料並不復雜，半個鐘煮好有得食，自已煮，鐘意甜d又得、酸d又得、連顏色深D淺都D都得，自己話事啦🤤</p>

<p>材料：金邊粉150g、大蝦4隻、豆腐乾半塊、蝦米30g、甜菜脯15g、乾蔥頭4瓣、蒜頭3瓣、肥芽菜120 g、韮菜30g、雞蛋2隻、碎花生適量</p>

<p>Pad Thai 汁（1.5杯）</p>
<p>材料：魚露90g、椰糖100g、黑糖20g、羅望子汁40g、水60 g</p>
<p>步驟：</p>
<ol>
<li>Pad Thai 汁放在碗中拌混待用、金邊粉用室溫水浸30分鐘</li>
<li>大蝦去殼及腸，洗淨抹乾</li>
<li>豆腐乾切條、甜菜脯切碎、乾蔥頭蒜頭切碎、蝦米洗乾抹乾</li>
<li>肥芽菜洗淨、韮菜切段</li>
<li>在鍋中加入油燒滾後放入大蝦煎熟盛起<img loading="lazy" src="http://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2018/07/img_5659.jpg" class="wp-image-84 size-full" height="4032" width="3024"></li>
<li>在同一鍋中放入蒜頭、蔥頭、甜菜脯爆香後，放入蝦米及豆腐爆香，將所有材料放到鍋邊<img loading="lazy" src="http://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2018/07/img_5660.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-86" height="4032" width="3024"></li>
