										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>到曼谷旅行，重點行程之一是上cooking class，而曼谷的cooking class林林種種，質素也很參差。只有這家cooking school 使我再三到訪。原因是老師都三心兩意。下，三心兩意還去嗎？ 當然啦！這學校的老師都是細心、專心及熱心。細心地慢慢教學生各種材料，專心及熱心教學。兩意呢？就是你會感覺到老師對煮食的態度有誠意及不停創新的煮意。今次到訪，又學了幾款新的泰菜，與大家分享一下。</p>
<p>泰式雞肉炒河粉-十分受歡迎的泰菜菜色，尤其受小朋友喜愛。河粉軟軟滑滑，加入了本地芥蘭及雞肉，有肉有菜，簡簡單單又一餐。<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/img_4566-1.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-2381" width="3024" height="4032"></p>
<p>材料：泰式肥河粉200g，雞柳1-2條、泰國芥蘭2棵也可用其他比較硬身的蔬菜）、甘荀1/3條、雞蛋一隻、蒜頭2粒<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/img_4544.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-2382" width="3024" height="4032"></p>
<p>汁料：生抽1.5湯匙、蠔油半湯匙、魚露半湯匙、糖1茶匙</p>
<p>步驟：</p>
