<p>阿仔好鍾意食牛肉！尤其愛吃牛仔骨，之前嘅牛仔骨做法食到有啲悶！就整一個新嘅牛仔骨味道俾佢試吓啦！呢個食譜用咗白芝麻、孜然粉、紹興酒同埋其他香料，最後加上咗蜜糖，甜甜嘅味道，我相信所有小朋友都鍾意！</p>

<p>keep fit食嘢冇啖好食？其實都唔係，只要靈活運用食材，其實keep fit都可以食得好豐富！fit嘅時候要食多啲蛋白質：雞胸、蛋白、豆腐都係大家知道好高蛋白質嘅食物，除咗佢哋之外，其實杏鮑菇蛋白質亦都好高，熱量亦都比較低，所以都好適合keep fit嘅時候用！加上有飽肚嘅感覺，比較大食嘅朋友會容易啲飽！</p>



<p>除此之外，杏鮑菇也是素食者補充蛋白質的重要來源。 每100 克杏鮑菇中就有3 克的膳食纖維，可以增加飽足感，有助於體重控制，還能幫助腸胃蠕動預防便祕。 此外，杏鮑菇含豐富的鉀，能幫助體內排除多餘的水分，有助於穩定血壓。</p>

<p>中學時期嘅其中一個回憶係同屋企人返大陸，嗰陣時碧桂園有一個單位，放假嘅時候成日都返去休息吓同埋食吓嘢。而喺碧桂園嘅附近有一間餐廳，非常好味！最出名是其陳村粉，無論係蒸定係炒都做得非常出色！</p>



<p>前幾天路過街市，見到有新鮮嘅陳村粉，馬上買來自己整！陳村粉味道較淡，需要比較濃既調味。我自己則偏向鮮味嘅陳村粉，所以用雞油同埋蟹來調味就最啱啦！加埋昆布同埋蝦米仔，鮮味也。</p>

<p>細個時候喺屋企成日都會食魚，嗰陣時媽咪會買燕子班、東升斑、西星斑、泰星班……去蒸，長大成家之後，因為屋企人唔係好鍾意食魚，所以好間唔中先整一次魚！媽媽整嘅魚固然好吃，但係出街食硬係覺得好食啲，記得有一次佢有名嘅中菜廳食飯，叫咗一條燕子班，蒸得非常美味，魚肉嫩滑剛剛熟！咁啱大廚出嚟同我哋傾偈，面皮厚嘅我又問吓佢蒸魚嘅秘訣！原來只需要用一對筷子，就可以魚蒸得更加均勻同埋靚！</p>

<p>Tips:</p>



<p>1. 在碟上加上一對筷子，能把對流的蒸氣均勻地蒸熟魚，比起把魚直接放喺青蔥段上蒸得更均勻、更美味</p>



<p>2. 一斤重嘅魚蒸大約6分鐘就可以，不過需要先行將魚身地方較厚的地方切一刀，我的魚係10兩，冇切到一刀，用6分鐘再焗1分鐘剛剛好！</p>

<p>這就是我常常和大家提起的新玩具，早幾天已經試用過來做糖醋排骨，今晚懶懶地又諗起要寫食譜給大家，所以就用它來再做一次！用小美做的糖醋排骨，只需要30分鐘左右，肉夠林但不會爛，味道也能在短短時間內滲進一字排骨中，非常amazing! 就算是廚房新手只要跟着步驟及份量，也一定能成功，完全沒有難道啊！</p>

<p>材料：一字骨/飛排500g、油1湯匙、薑3片、蔥段適量、彩椒（各1/4個）（切片）</p>



<p>調味料：黑醋3湯匙、豉油3湯匙、冰糖一粒（甜度自已就，我的是20g左右）、老抽1茶匙</p>

<p>步驟：</p>



<p>一字骨/飛排以跑活水方式處理後洗乾淨，抹乾備用</p>



<p>把薑片吸油放在主杯中，以120度溫度，速度1及3分鐘時間爆香薑片</p>

<p>把一字排骨/飛排放進主杯內，加入調味料以varmona 反刀 小匙速度煮25分鐘， 打開杯蓋，把西椒及蔥段放進，以120度速度1煮1分鐘即成</p>
