<p>小時候媽媽也喜歡研究新嘅菜式，記得有一日小學放學回家，吃午餐嘅時候媽媽拎咗一碟好特別嘅菜式出黎！喺脹卜卜嘅魷魚筒！當時還天真嘅我就問媽咪：「啲魷魚BB咁肥嘅？」，媽咪回答：「你咬一啖睇吓點解佢咁肥？」，一咬開發現入面有肉，原來係媽媽牌的剁豬肉！新鮮嘅豬肉汁混入游水魷魚BB筒入邊，係超級好味！</p>



<p>媽咪整嘅釀魷魚筒，有陣時釀得太滿，啲剁豬肉會走晒出嚟！前兩天見到有新鮮游水嘅魷魚BB賣，馬上買來一斤，用一個改良版嘅方法，先用滾水灼一灼魷魚BB定型，再釀入豬肉，以牙籤固定，咁樣就有靚又好味啦！</p>
