<p>呢排工作有啲繁忙，加上春天濕氣比較重，人好似好攰咁。所以懶懶地做一道10分鐘就整好嘅餸菜，連埋汁撈飯，簡單又有營養。龍躉腩啖啖肉，最啱小朋友食。而唔食魚嘅老公就最鍾意食炆既豆腐，啲醬汁味道入晒落豆腐，好好味❗️❗️❗️</p>

<p>材料：龍躉腩一塊（切厚片）、硬豆腐一件（切件）、蔥段適量、薑三片、蒜頭三粒、芫荽葉及中式芹菜葉適量</p>

<p>調味料：蠔油兩茶匙、糖少許、麻油少許、生抽一湯匙、老抽一茶匙、紹興酒一瓶蓋、水約200ml、生粉水適量、麻油少許</p>



<p>魚肉醃料：蠔油1/2茶匙、糖1/4 茶匙、生抽1/2茶匙、老抽少許、油少許</p>



<p>步驟</p>



<p>1. 龍躉魚洗淨後切厚件，加入魚肉醃料醃10分鐘左右</p>

<p>2. 在炒鍋中加入適量油，煎香已抹乾的硬豆腐件，盛起備用</p>

<p>3. 把已經醃好的魚肉放在同一炒鍋中，略略煎香兩邊</p>

<p>4. 把魚肉放到一邊，加入薑片、蒜頭及青蔥段爆香</p>

<p>5. 加入紹興酒、豆腐件及調味料，蓋上蓋子以中小火煮8分鐘</p>
