<p>今日去海鮮檔買餸嘅時候，老闆娘神神秘秘咁樣係個魚缸撈咗三隻野比我，原來係細細隻嘅本地龍蝦！佢話唔好睇啲本地龍蝦細細隻，好多膏，所以今日請我食龍蝦喎😍😍真係有口福啦！</p>



<p>三隻龍蝦仔加埋都成一斤10兩，個身用嚟整龍蝦伊麵，咁個頭當然係要用嚟整龍蝦湯啦，加埋尋日未食晒嘅半盒生蠔落去煮！鮮味到暈。</p>

<p>材料：龍蝦頭三個（一開二）、淡忌廉100 ml、生蠔八隻、蕃茄4個（切件）、洋蔥半個（切件）、蒜頭三粒（拍扁）、番茜適量、西式刁草少許</p>



<p>調味料：白酒100 ml、雞湯500ml、鹽少許</p>



<p>其他：麵粉水少許</p>



<p>步驟：</p>



<p>1. 龍蝦頭放入氣炸鍋，加入少許油以200度氣炸8分鐘，取出放涼</p>

<p>2. 以小匙取出龍蝦頭的膏，備用</p>

<p>3. 在炒鍋中爆香蒜頭及洋蔥，加入蕃茄炒香，再加入龍蝦頭，爆香後加入白酒，等待白酒蒸發後注入雞湯，蓋上蓋子煮20分鐘</p>

<p>4. 把所有材料放入攪拌機中，打碎後以篩隔渣，需要過幾次湯才有幼細</p>

<p>5. 把湯放入湯煲加入忌廉煮滾，加入龍蝦膏，再加入麵粉水直至適合的稀杰度，再加入海鹽試味直至合適。</p>

<p>6. 加入生蠔煮一會兒，最後注入番茜及刁草即可。</p>
