<p>已經有幾天沒有創作食譜，也沒有到廚房煮食。幾天都是吃姐姐做的菜式，開始有點悶，又有點技癢😂😂😂</p>



<p>今天複診後，路經相熟的雞檔，買來半隻鴨，就做一道自創食譜給家人食餐好啦！梅子炆鴨，係好多家庭鍾意食嘅菜式，我屋企人就麻麻哋炆鴨，反而鍾意食香口嘅烤鴨，於是乎就將呢兩度菜式二合為一，用上先蒸後焗嘅方法去處理，鴨肉保持多汁嫩滑，鴨皮就烤得脆脆的，不錯吃！</p>
