<p>細細個間唔中都會食鹹魚，雖然說鹹魚不是有益的食物，但是加入菜式入面就有畫龍點睛嘅效果。</p>



<p>在街市買來紅花蟹，一般都是用來清蒸，好好奇將鮮味嘅紅花蟹肉加入鹹魚製作蓮藕餅會係咩味道，一試之下發現鹹魚嘅鹹香能夠增加蟹肉嘅鮮味，豬肉就用上黑毛豬肉，三種材料加埋一齊味道也不錯。</p>

<p>材料（可做八件）：蓮藕一小節（選擇粗度不要太粗的蓮藕，否則蓮藕餅做出來會很大件）、鹹魚少許（大約一茶匙份量）、梅頭豬肉$40、紅花蟹兩隻（拆肉）</p>



<p>調味料：生抽一茶匙、糖半茶匙、水適量</p>
