<p>今天在楊屋道街市買餸，經過海鮮檔見到有好大隻嘅澳洲翡翠鮑魚賣，一向都覺得翡翠鮑魚個殼好靚，寶石綠色😍😍，用來上枱非常不錯！</p>



<p>碰巧家中有60年嘅陳皮，不如就做個Crossover，用陳皮來炒鮑魚片，簡簡單單10分鐘有得食，宴客又好大體，係一個呃得下人嘅菜式😌就算係初入廚嘅朋友，都唔難掌握喎！</p>
