<p>熟客話曾經好多年前喺一間餐館食過呢度菜式，由於係秋季限量嘅關係，只係食過一年之後就冇咗啦。但係佢就念念不忘鹹蛋黃加埋蟹粉嗰種濃香嘅味道，於是搵我來試一試做，睇吓做唔做得返嗰種味道。</p>



<p>呢個鹹蛋黃蟹粉試咗整兩三次，試驗落唔同份量嘅花雕酒，同埋唔同數量嘅鹹蛋黃做出來嘅分別。最後發現用兩隻鹹蛋黃樽、少許花雕，就能帶出蟹嘅鮮味同事鹹蛋黃唔會搶咗蟹嘅香味。</p>



<p>試驗完畢，本身打算尋日send出去俾客人先發現睇錯日期🤣🤣好彩最後都有朋友食咗，評論都唔錯就寫食譜俾大家啦！</p>

<p>轉眼間又到左秋天，又到左大閘蟹肥美嘅季節！一般人食大閘蟹最鍾意就係原隻蒸，貪佢原汁原味，但係亦有朋友對拆蟹有啲抗拒，所以製作蟹粉就大家都可以品嚐到大閘蟹嘅鮮味！</p>



<p>坊間雖然都有大閘蟹粉買，但係始終唔知道用邊度嘅大閘蟹來做，亦唔夠自己用新鮮大閘蟹做蟹粉咁鮮味，一年一次就自己試吓做啦！</p>
