<p>逛街時買來大大隻的有機大蘑菇，小朋友說想吃芝士焗蘑菇。看看家中有什麼材料，常備的雞髀大派用長，馬上找來一隻去骨切粒，配以三色椒及洋蔥等等的材料炒香，放進蘑菇中，再焗香，20分鐘新鮮的芝士焗蘑菇出爐了！小朋友都說很好吃！簡簡單單顏色又漂亮，宴客是每人一隻作為頭盤也是一個不錯的選擇。</p>

<p>材料：有機大蘑菇四隻、雞髀一隻（起骨切粒）、三色椒各1/4隻（切粒）、洋蔥¼個（切粒）、煙肉一片（可省）、芝士碎適量</p>

<p>步驟：</p>



<p>在炒鍋中炒香三色椒、洋蔥、加入雞肉及煙肉炒香，以少許鹽調味，盛起備用</p>

<p>有機大蘑菇洗淨後，去除中間的部份，以廚房紙抹乾，灑上適量的鹽，放在已經預熱180度的焗爐焗5分鐘，取出倒掉水份</p>

<p>鋪上芝士，放焗爐以180度焗9分鐘，再調高溫度至200度，焗2分鐘至芝士微焦即成</p>
