<p>一向也很喜歡吃花甲，喜歡其海水味及花甲肉帶淡淡的甜味。以中式的方法來說，我最愛的還是以豉椒的方法來煮，除了突顯花甲的鮮味以外，還為他加添了一份獨特的味道。加上製法容易，宴客的時候也不失體面，大家如果有朋友來家食飯，可以考慮煮這個菜式呢！</p>

<p>材料：花甲一斤、青椒、紅椒及黃椒各半隻（切件）、蔥段適量、蒜頭四粒（切碎）、豆豉一茶匙（切碎）、指天椒片適量（不吃辣可省）、洋蔥半個（切件）</p>



<p>調味料：花雕酒一湯匙、蠔油半湯匙、生抽一茶匙、糖少許、水少許</p>

<p>步驟</p>



<p>1. 花甲洗乾淨，放滾水灼1分鐘左右至開口，洗乾淨備用</p>



<p>2. 在炒鍋中爆香蒜頭及豆豉（如喜歡食辣也加入指天椒片）</p>

<p>3. 加入洋蔥、蔥白及紅黃青椒炒香</p>
