<p>老公呢排好忙！成日都唔得閒返嚟食飯，咁我就可以偷吓懶啦😆😆😆就嚟玩一個一鑊熟，用上鑄鐵鍋，加埋粉絲，再加幾隻大蝦，簡簡單單，烚多碟菜又一餐🤣（當然老公唔喺度，仲有一個非常有要求嘅人，最後都係要整埋串燒雞肉嘅😆）</p>



<p>用鑄鐵鍋來整大蝦粉絲，唔需要加好多水份，煮出嚟嘅蝦剛剛熟，所有精華落晒粉絲嗰度！用咗一個特別嘅切蝦方法，放喺粉絲上面嘅蝦特別靚，大家快啲睇吓下面嘅食譜啦！</p>

<p>這個星期都很忙，沒有時間創作食譜。今天到大圍相熟海鮮檔買海鮮，老闆娘送來大大隻貴妃蚌，說是非常鮮甜可口。晚上又忙着做外送的我，快快地醃好粉絲，把整個煲放火爐上，再放上再放上貴妃蚌，蓋上蓋子慢慢煮，主料大約10多分鐘，就搞掂啦！一鑊過非常方便！</p>

<p>材料：泰式粉絲一包、貴妃蚌五隻<br />香草材料：中式芹菜適量（切段）、莞茜（連根部兩棵，切段）、蔥2棵（切段）、薑片兩塊、蒜頭四至五粒（盅碎）、蔥頭2-3粒（盅碎）莞茜籽一茶匙（盅碎）<br />粉絲醃料：蠔油半湯匙、生抽一湯匙、黃姜粉少許、老抽少許、魚露一茶匙</p>
