<p>小時候最喜歡的課外活動是女童軍😍還記得中學時代每個星期六都到社區中心參加女童軍的活動。</p>



<p>其中女童軍有一個叫做八項綱領嘅訓練，其中我最喜歡嘅就係露營紮作嘅訓練同埋野外烹飪嘅訓練。仲記得嗰陣時每逢長假期都會去露營，孭住重重嘅背囊，行長長嘅山路，帶着野外烹飪嘅Gas爐同埋廚具，去到邊煮到邊。</p>



<p>記得有一次去到有好多竹嘅地方，領袖教我哋用竹來煮飯，新鮮嘅竹用嚟煮飯非常好味，帶有淡淡的竹清香味。事隔多年，仲記得當日嘅味道。</p>



<p>前陣子喺淘寶買嘢嘅時候，居然發現有竹筒可以買，就買返嚟試吓整竹筒飯啦！今日試咗整，味道當然冇新鮮嘅竹咁清香，但係亦都帶有淡淡既味道，唔知道係回憶嘅味道定係食物嘅味道呢？</p>

<p>材料：竹筒一個、鮮蝦3-4隻（開邊）、蝦米一湯匙（洗乾淨抹乾）、冬菇五隻（浸軟洗淨切粒）、糯米兩杯（洗乾淨浸兩小時）、乾蔥頭一粒（切絲）</p>

<p>冬菇調味料：蠔油一茶匙、糖少許、生抽少許、魚露少許</p>



<p>糯米飯醬汁：豉油三湯匙、糖一茶匙、玫瑰露酒一瓶蓋（全部放進小鍋中煮滾即可）</p>



<p>步驟</p>



<ol><li>竹筒洗乾淨後，放在蒸籠蒸7至8分鐘，放涼備用</li><li>在小鍋中爆香乾蔥頭、蝦米及冬菇，炒香後放入冬菇調味料，盛起備用</li></ol>
