<p>小朋友成日都肚餓，仲記得我細個嘅時候都係成日肚餓，就同媽咪講要落去買嘢食。以前屋企樓下仲有車仔檔（走鬼嗰款）、一部車仔，分開咗幾格，賣魚肉生菜、碗仔翅、湯魚蛋、湯豆腐，超勁好味！</p>



<p>尋日阿女突然間話好耐冇食碗仔翅，於是係屋企附近熟食檔買，點之唔好食，好似食緊生粉水咁😞😞。</p>



<p>既然係咁就自己整啦！去雞檔買來新鮮嘅雞殼，然後再浸發日本花菇同埋有機木耳，夜麻麻準備咗個湯底今晚就煲啦！</p>



<p>用上新鮮雞殼做嘅雞湯，非常鮮味，自己整嘅碗仔翅仲可以落好多材料，茨汁用馬蹄粉，冇咗生粉水嗰種粉味，仲好晶凝通透添！</p>
