<p>間唔中都有想食宵夜嘅時候，尋晚有啲肚餓，又買多咗靚靚合桃，於是就親手整下合桃糊，補下個腦先。</p>



<p>自家製嘅合桃糊，真材實料無添加，仲可以揀整少或者走糖，比較健康。</p>



<p>用新鮮白米磨成嘅米漿，加入合桃糊入邊，令到成個合桃腰果糊更添香氣！</p>

<p>同小朋友去日本餐廳食飯，每次食完正餐之後佢哋都會想叫甜品。阿女最鍾意食嘅甜品係焦糖布甸，其實我都鍾意食，焦糖味滑滑嘅布甸，幾啖就食晒！每次食嘅時候都覺得有啲唔捨得嘅感覺🤣🤣</p>



<p>自己整嘅話，一個人可以食兩個、甚至三個🤣🤣🤣仲可以用靚糖、靚蛋、靚牛奶！味道一定好好多！</p>



<p>呢個焦糖布甸製法非常簡單，大家同小朋友一齊做，做完一齊食，開開心心過一個親子嘅週六日啦！</p>

<p>焦糖材料：水2.5湯匙、上白糖六湯匙（用普通白糖都可以）</p>



<p>布甸材料（可做四個150 ml布甸）：鮮奶250 ml 日本雞蛋兩隻、上白糖1.5湯匙</p>



<p>其他用具：火槍一支、布甸模四個</p>

<p>步驟</p>



<p>1. 把焦糖材料放進小鍋中，以中小火煮滾，觀察其顏色變化，當白糖轉至淺啡色時，可轉動小鍋，使受熱更均勻。直至糖轉成較深一點的啡色時關火</p>

<p>2. 布甸模掃上一層薄油，把焦糖放進</p>



<p>3. 在另外一個鍋中煮熱鮮奶及白糖直至鍋邊冒起泡泡！記着不要煮滾鮮奶，只需要加熱直至65度左右即可</p>
