<p>大家食雲南米線嘅時候好鍾意同土匪雞翼一齊食，我都唔例外，土匪雞翼味道非常獨特，佢嘅味道係來自一種叫孜然既粉，英文係cumin，即係大蝦粉絲煲嘅時候會落一粒一粒嘅種子（cumin seed)同一棵植物。</p>



<p>孜然粉常見喺大漠地區，蒙古、新疆等等嘅地方鍾意用呢款嘅香料烤羊肉，既可以辟除羊嘅臊味，更加可以增加肉嘅鮮味。</p>



<p>今次呢款土匪雞鎚，我仲加咗其他嘅香料，做法不難，就係需要多款嘅香料。其實我覺得如果鍾意煮嘢食嘅朋友可以置多啲香料喺屋企，就可以做出好多Mix and match嘅菜式！大家快啲試吓做啦。</p>
