<p>小朋友正值發育時期，常常都喊肚餓，尤其是中午吃完飯後1小時，又說很肚餓。平時早上有時間的時候，我都會準備定一些麵粉，發酵好，等小朋友一肚餓就可以焗BB版嘅Pizza比佢哋食。小朋友最鍾意食Pizza上面嘅芝士，亦都喜歡食粟米。薄餅加咗自家製嘅薄餅汁，用上新鮮有機蕃茄、洋蔥及其他香草配製而成，既健康又有益。大家有時間嘅話，仲可以比小朋友自己製作，自己食返製成品，非常滿足！</p>



<p>至於材料呢，亦比較簡單，所需技巧亦都唔太多，就算係初初入廚嘅你都應該可以做到啊！</p>

<p>餅底材料：高筋麵粉180 g、低筋麵粉70g、白糖15 g、橄欖油兩湯匙、酵母3g、鹽8g、水140 g</p>

<p>薄餅醬材料：有機蕃茄兩個、蒜頭4粒、蔥頭四粒、洋蔥半個（以上全部切幼粒）金不換葉20塊、dill 少許、白酒50ml、水50 ml、鹽適量</p>

<p>薄餅面材料：我用了煙肉、粟米及mozzarella cheese你可以選擇自己喜歡的材料加上去（但不要加太多水份的材料）</p>



<p>步驟</p>



<p>1. 把所有餅底的材料放進碗中，用搓揉的方法拌好，直至粉團出現薄膜，放在碗中，蓋上保鮮紙，放1小時發酵</p>

<p>2. 手沾上少量的低筋麵粉，把粉團滾圓/滾成長條型，放在烤盤中，把粉團的邊緣中間捲起，喜歡芝士的話也可以先把芝士放在周邊，再把粉團捲起（這樣的話可做芝心批）</p>



<p>3. 造型後放在烤盤或薄餅盤15分鐘，再用叉子插上很多小洞（這樣可防止餅皮過分膨脹）</p>

<p>4. 在等待粉團發酵的時候，可先準備薄餅醬，在鍋中加入兩湯匙的橄欖油，爆香蒜頭、蔥頭、洋蔥至金黃色，加入蕃茄粒、金不換葉及dill炒一會兒，再放入白酒及調味料，中慢火煮15分鐘</p>

<p>5. 把薄餅將材料放進攪拌機中，攪拌成醬即可</p>

<p>6. 預熱焗爐250度10分鐘，把已發酵的粉團放進焗爐，焗4分鐘至八成熟，取出放涼</p>



<p>7. 塗上薄薄一層薄餅醬在放涼了的薄餅中，加入喜歡的材料，再放入焗爐中，調低溫度至230度，焗六至7分鐘至表面金黃即可</p>
