<p>細個時好喜歡食三文魚刺身，一次可以食好多，及後，睇左好多報導關係三文魚好多蟲😱😱就無再生食了，熟食自此都少左，但間唔中還是會想食的！三文魚咁多個部份，自已最愛吃的是最平的三文魚骨腩，的返少少肉、多多骨，但肉質最嫩魚油最香！</p>



<p>今次用試在日本高山買的朴葉味噌，勁好味！好後悔無買多幾包🥲🥲</p>

<p>大家久候啦，今日終於有時間買返一件愛爾蘭有機三文魚，再煮多一次俾小朋友食，順手影吓相同大家分享一下煮三文魚嘅一啲心得。</p>



<p>三文魚魚油豐富，又有特別嘅魚香味，小朋友都好喜歡食。同平時煎魚一樣，要煎得靚嘅話就唔好反來反去，俾啲耐性就會煎到好靚嘅三文魚啦！</p>



<p>不過大家記得小心，由於三文魚魚油豐富，所以煎嘅時候油會好彈，要小心唔好燙傷啊！</p>
