<p>大學的時候，有一段長時間在大埔民政處做兼職，一方面兼取一點生活費、一方面積累工作經驗、另一方面盡享大埔區的美食。那時有一間上海餐廳，就在民政處的不遠處，我們常常都到訪，小小的餐廳裝修不講究，但鱔糊卻是一流。加上價格實惠，所以當年常常幫襯。</p>



<p>及後，找了正職，偶然也會去找舊同事食lunch，可是近年就愈來愈少了。幾天前經過街市，正考慮要買甚麼做lunch，就見到黃鱔，心想不如就自已做鱔糊食下啦！用新鮮的黃鱔做的鱔糊好簡單，10分鐘就做好了，是否正宗就不得而知，舌頭話我知好味就夠😆</p>

<p>8. 加入其他調味料略煮，再加入切段的韭黃及銀芽略略炒香，試味至合適，加入生粉水至少少杰即可</p>
