<p>漫無目的地喺街市度睇吓買咩煮晚餐，經過牛肉檔啱啱見到有新鮮嘅牛尾賣。以前煮牛尾一般都係用紅酒煮嘅方法，今日突然想試吓用另外一個方法來煮，睇吓效果如何。既然成日都整泰菜，就試吓用香茅來炆牛尾啦，用椰汁同埋黃姜來炆牛尾，自然地除去左牛嘅腥味，用慢煮嘅方法來做，牛尾亦都好嫩滑，當然用新鮮牛尾會好味好多啦！</p>
