										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>多年前到訪新加坡的時候，試了這道菜色，無論大人小孩也喜歡，甜甜的奶香味加上大蝦的蝦油香味還有麥皮的脆香口感。加上炸香了的金不換葉及檸檬葉，是宴客必備，迅間清碟之菜色啊！</p>
<p>加上材料不難找，想做一個特別一點的宴客菜，可以考慮啊！<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/09/img_1591.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-4662" width="3634" height="3024"></p>
<p>材料：花竹蝦6隻（也可用虎蝦）、即食麥皮120g、檸檬葉7-8塊、金不換葉10-15塊、指天椒1-2條（切片）、蒜頭2塊</p>
<p>調味： 煉奶2湯匙、鹽少許、牛油20g<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/09/img_1636.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-4660" width="3024" height="4032"></p>
<p>步驟：</p>
<ol>
<li>在鍋中加入油，半煎炸香已洗淨及抹乾的檸檬葉、金不換葉及蒜頭，盛起備用<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/09/img_1637.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-4661" width="2694" height="3339"></li>
<li>花竹蝦去蝦，腳及蝦腸，開邊抺乾，灑上少許鹽</li>
