<p>今天相熟的海鮮店老闆娘，留了一隻一斤多的重皮蟹給我。平時已經食很多蟹的我，其實對蟹沒有很大的興趣，但是老闆娘一而再再而三地說這隻蟹非常好吃，好吧就買來試一試啦！</p>



<p>今次使用陶鍋加粗鹽去烤，鹽的香味慢慢滲進了重皮蟹中，加上幼滑的膏，又邪惡又美味！</p>

<p>材料：重皮蟹一隻、粗鹽500g、八角2粒<br>調味香草材料：薑四至五片、蒜頭五至六粒（切片）、紅蔥頭三至四粒（切片）、味椒鹽2茶匙</p>



<p>其他：牛油紙一張、錫紙一張</p>

<p>重皮蟹放冰格雪暈後洗淨，去除蟹奄，洗淨備用</p>

<p>在炒鍋中以少許油爆香香草材料，加入椒鹽炒香盛起備用</p>

<p>把蟹放在已掃油的牛油紙上（蟹肚向上），加入香草調味料。</p>

<p>放進預熱的焗爐中，以200度的溫度焗25分鐘，除去錫紙及牛油紙，再焗5至7分鐘即可</p>
