<p>一向都很喜歡吃蓮藕，喜歡粉粉的蓮藕，也愛爽脆的蓮藕。今天買來爽脆的蓮藕，用來炆鵝掌翼。加了半磚南乳入去炆，味道了蓮藕非常配合。用汁來伴飯吃，好好味啊！</p>



<p>順帶一提，由細到大都很喜歡吃鵝掌翼，尤其是問得林林的鵝掌，骨膠原也十分豐富呀！</p>

<p>材料：鵝翼三隻、鵝掌三隻、蓮藕一節（切件）、薑片三至四塊<br>炆醬汁：南乳半磚、蠔油半湯匙、生抽適量、冰糖適量、老抽少許、水約100毫升</p>

<p>步驟：<br>1.在炒鍋中爆香薑片，加入鵝掌翼爆香至金黃色，再放入蓮藕炒香</p>
