<p>今天在街市買餸的時候，路經相熟雞檔，老闆娘說有非常新鮮的鵝掌翼賣，喜歡吃鵝翼的我，當然快快脆脆買了六隻鵝翼及三隻鵝掌，回家烹調一下。</p>



<p>今天想吃得豐富一點，再在相識的魚檔買來六隻八頭鮑魚，與鵝掌翼一起炆，未煮好已經諗到煮好的味道，流晒口水🤣🤣🤣🤣</p>



<p>在炆煮鵝掌翼的時候，正在房間溫習的不禁在走出來問：「煮甚麼咁香？」，還偷食了一隻鮑魚（好識食☺️），晚餐的時候，細佬也吃了兩隻鮑魚，原來小朋友都好識食啊！</p>

<p>材料：<br />鵝掌翼8隻、冬菇8隻（浸軟洗淨瀝乾備用）、鮑魚6隻、薑片3片</p>



<p>汁料：<br>蠔油一湯匙、生抽30 ml、水50ml、椰糖1茶匙、老抽少許</p>

<p>步驟：</p>



<p>鵝掌翼以跑活水的方式處理，洗淨抹乾備用</p>



<p>鮑魚洗淨，放滾水中熄火焗7分鐘至熟，取出備用</p>

<p>在深炒鍋中加入適量油，爆香薑片後放入鵝掌翼炒香</p>

<p>放入汁料煮滾，轉中慢火炆30分鐘，加入鮑魚及冬菇後再以慢火炆20分鐘，取出所有食物，以大火收汁即可。</p>
