<p>鳥結糖係其中一款我喜歡嘅糖果，喜歡佢煙靭嘅口感同埋好似白兔糖嗰款奶香。在街買嘅鳥結糖好多，我都覺得太甜，自己整可以用靚嘅材料、又可以減糖！新年用嚟做禮物送俾朋友親戚簡單容易又好食！仲可以整好多口味出嚟添😍</p>

<p>PS 我不喜歡吃太甜的糖果，所以沒有額外加白糖，如果喜歡吃甜一點的朋友，請在步驟2之後加入50克的白糖，完成糖果製作後可以在上面貼上米紙，那麼鳥結糖就不會再黏手了；喜歡軟一點的口感可以加多d牛油</p>
