<p>魚香茄子煲係大人同小朋友嘅最愛，一煲過暖笠笠，有菜又有肉，用來撈飯簡簡單單又一餐。坊間嘅魚香茄子煲，茄子閃令令好鬼靚，但係背後用咗好多油來炸。加上茄子非常吸油，所以好食但係唔健康！</p>



<p>喺屋企整魚香茄子煲，用上大大個新鮮嘅香港本地茄子、再加上淡口嘅馬友鹹魚、用上滾水煮嘅方法來炮製茄子，只需要一個簡單嘅秘訣，顏色繼續都係靚靚嘅紫色，而油份需要1.5至兩湯匙嘅油，好食得來又健康！</p>
