										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>泰國菜常常以魚露入饌，其咸香味道好多人都喜歡。而豬手也是泰國街頭想食到的美食，今次試一試cross over,魚露浸豬手，效果又會怎樣呢？用上在super market 買的有無激素豬手，非常快稔，大家也可一試啊！<img loading="lazy" src="http://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/img_0422.jpg" class="wp-image-872 size-full" width="4032" height="3024">材料：豬手1隻、紅蔥頭3粒、蒜頭5粒、莞茜根2條、莞茜籽1茶匙、八角1至2粒、南薑2-3片、香茅1-2枝<img loading="lazy" src="http://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/img_0731.jpg" class="wp-image-873 size-full" width="4032" height="3024"></p>
<p>調味：豉油2湯匙、魚露120 ml、椰糖2糖匙、水100ml</p>
<p>步驟：</p>
<ol>
<li>豬手洗淨，以活跑水方法煮滾再清洗乾淨</li>
<li>紅蔥頭去皮切半、蒜頭去皮、莞茜根去黃皮、莞茜籽洗淨略拍、香茅取根部略拍<img loading="lazy" src="http://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/img_0732.jpg" class="wp-image-874 size-full" width="4032" height="3024"></li>

<li>加入豬手及調味至滾，蓋上蓋子細火煮40分鐘即成</li>
