<p>媽媽教的馬碲糕，混合粉類後需要略煮，不停攪拌，以增加彈性。火喉的控制也很重要，因為加了糖的粉漿，既杰身也容易燒焦！秘訣是用存熱佳的鍋子，在粉漿煮到稍杰的時後，立刻關火，以鍋子的餘溫把粉漿煮好，那麼就可以解決煮燶的問題了！<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/img_5310.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-1243" width="4032" height="3024"><img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/img_5312.jpg" class="size-full" width="4032" height="3024"></p>
