<p>東南亞嘅飯類好色彩繽紛，海南雞飯係黃色、黃薑飯、班蘭飯、仲有蝶豆花飯！食得多白飯見到有顏色嘅飯胃口都好d。</p>



<p>在泰國舖買來非常新鮮嘅班蘭葉，用買冇激素嘅雞上髀，做一頓睇落去簡單但係其實好豐富嘅晚餐比自己食，雞扒看似簡單，其實係先用黃咖喱嘅方法煮至七成熟，再用氣炸鍋炸香，雞肉完全吸收晒黃咖喱嘅味道，非常好味㗎！</p>

<p>在西式的節日，當然要煮下西餐應節啦！考慮聖誕menu 時，要諗一些特別的菜色，但又不是太高難度的！另外，菜色應該二人食💑可以，一大班朋友慶祝也可以🎅🏼🤶🏻👨‍👩‍👧‍👦，那麼就不如整一個西班牙paella海鮮飯啦！有焗爐的朋友可一次過焗龍蝦、焗雞翼！又特別、又靚又方便！海鮮還可以根據喜好加減！大家一起動手來做吧👩🏻‍🍳👨🏻‍🍳<img loading="lazy" src="http://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2018/12/img_2358.jpg" class="wp-image-1001 size-full" width="4032" height="3024"></p>
<p>西班牙海鮮飯（4 人份）</p>
<p>材料：西班牙米250g（不用洗）、蕃紅花少許、新鮮海鮮（按喜好，今次的用了大蝦7隻、八爪魚、青口及花甲）、蝦高湯400ml、西班牙辣肉腸約50g、洋蔥1/4個、蒜頭2瓣<img loading="lazy" src="http://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2018/12/img_2363.jpg" class="wp-image-996 size-full" width="4032" height="3024"></p>
<p>調味：鹽、紅椒粉、白酒</p>
<p>步驟：</p>
<ol>
<li>4隻蝦洗淨去殻及腸（只留蝦頭及蝦尾，較美觀但又易食）、另3隻蝦去殻及腸及切粒、花甲及青口擦洗乾淨、八爪魚仔洗淨<img loading="lazy" src="http://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2018/12/img_2363-1.jpg" class="wp-image-997 size-full" width="4032" height="3024"></li>
<li>一半花甲灼熟後取出肉、八爪魚仔切粒</li>
<li>切了粒的海鮮及大蝦以鹽及紅椒粉略醃</li>
<li>洋蔥及蒜頭切粒、辣肉腸切粒</li>
<li>預熱焗爐190度</li>
<li>蕃紅花以熱的蝦高湯或熱水浸軟</li>
<li>在鍋中加入油炒香蒜頭及洋蔥粒，直至洋蔥變軟及深色，約3-4分鐘，加入辣肉腸炒香後放進西班牙米炒香，放進切粒海鮮略炒<img loading="lazy" src="http://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2018/12/img_2364.jpg" class="wp-image-998 size-full" width="3024" height="4032"></li>
<li>加入少許白酒及400ml蝦高湯及蕃紅花至煮滾，收中細火約5分鐘，其間可攪拌一至兩次以防痴底<img loading="lazy" src="http://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2018/12/img_2365.jpg" class="wp-image-999 size-full" width="3024" height="4032"></li>
<li>水量減少後，把海鮮放在上，蓋上蓋子，放入焗爐焗28分鐘即可開蓋試味<img loading="lazy" src="http://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2018/12/img_2366.jpg" class="wp-image-1000 size-full" width="4032" height="3024"></li>
<li>28分鐘後的西班牙米仍帶點硬硬的，如喜歡軟一些，可再加一些蝦高湯再焗3-5分鐘</li>

<p>材料（2人份量）：大頭蝦腳4條（如沒有大頭蝦，可用中蝦代替）、冰海蝦2隻（用新鮮更好味🤤）、蒜頭3瓣、紅蔥頭2粒、咸魚肉少許、蔥花適量、雞蛋1.5隻、花生碎（可省）、青檸1/3個（可省）、飯3碗<img src="//"></p>
<p>調味：鹽少許、魚露少許</p>
<p>步驟：</p>
<ol>
<li>蒜頭及紅蔥頭切幼粒，青蔥切花</li>

<li>冰海蝦以活水喉水沖至融冰後去殼及蝦腸</li>
<li>雞蛋拌混備用</li>
<li>在鍋中加入油，中火煎海蝦至熟後盛後備用</li>
<li>在同一鍋中加入蒜頭及蔥頭炒香，加入咸魚肉略炒，放入白飯炒香放一邊<img loading="lazy" src="http://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/img_8739.jpg" class="wp-image-596 size-full" height="4032" width="3024"></li>
<li>在鍋另一邊放入雞蛋煎至8成熟，混合白飯炒至粒粒分明，以鹽及魚露調味<img src="//"></li>
