										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>今日到街市買海鮮，本只想買海膽及鮑魚，但見到八爪魚居然賣得好平！心思思又想做實驗，買來一隻細細的，還未有煮意，買了才算🤣（其實常常都是這樣的買了回家才慢慢想如何製作🤣🤣）</p>
<p>煮八爪魚最麻煩就是要去潺，滑滑黏手的潺多得嚇人！左想右想決定來一個中泰fusion! 用上香茅、莞茜根、魚露、蠔油、生抽及冬菇，以慢火煮一會後關火焗熟。八爪魚不會變堅，口感QQ，醬料及香草帶出八爪魚的鮮味，凍食尤佳，宴客時作為頭盤也不錯啊！<img src="file:///var/mobile/Containers/Data/Application/12AA77BD-9991-49F9-A3E6-62636BF88659/Library/Caches/Media/thumbnail-p2052-2436x2436.jpeg" class="size-full" data-wp_upload_id="x-coredata://22CCB28C-9F95-4B02-96E6-3654B094FE3C/Media/p2052"></p>
<p>材料：八爪魚一隻、香茅1-2枝（略拍切段）、莞茜根3-4 根（略拍）、冬菇1-2隻（浸軟切片）、冰水</p>
<p>調味：蠔油1-2湯匙、生抽2-3湯匙、魚露1/2湯匙、水適量（以蓋過八爪魚為合）</p>
<p>步驟：</p>
<ol>
<li>劏好八爪魚，去掉內藏、墨囊、眼及墨魚嘴</li>
<li>以粗鹽浸洗八爪魚數次，去掉潺<img src="file:///var/mobile/Containers/Data/Application/12AA77BD-9991-49F9-A3E6-62636BF88659/Library/Caches/Media/thumbnail-p2048-2436x2436.jpeg" class="size-full" data-wp_upload_id="x-coredata://22CCB28C-9F95-4B02-96E6-3654B094FE3C/Media/p2048"></li>
<li>煲一鍋水，滾起後放八爪魚進去，汆水10秒左右</li>
<li>盛起八爪魚，洗淨備用</li>
