<p>之前都有寫過韓式炸雞嘅食譜，但係係用油炸嘅方法，尋日因為煮飯嘅時間比較忙，所以改用咗氣炸嘅方法，發現整出嚟嘅雞居然比油炸更加好食！皮脆肉滑，仲要好少油，另外又好容易整。</p>



<p>炸雞嘅味道整咗兩款，蒜蓉蜂蜜味同埋韓式辣醬味，各有捧場者，今日lunch time，阿女又話要食韓式炸雞，咁就用雞翼整俾佢食啦！味道又唔錯喎！</p>



<p>今次用上泰國買嘅炸粉嚟炸，雞肉帶有小小嘅蒜頭香味，不俗。</p>

<p>韓國菜一向不是我最喜歡的菜式，原因係我唔鐘意食kimchi同醃製食物，所以平時都比較少去食。但係如果光顧韓國餐廳的話，我一般都會點人蔘雞湯、韓式炆牛仔骨、炒粉絲咁。</p>



<p>人蔘雞湯是最愛，所以好耐之前已經自已煲，也寫過食譜俾大家，韓式牛仔骨呢？就前排先有機會做，因為一直買唔到厚切牛仔骨！</p>



<p>前排終於買到啦，就的起心肝做一個自家口味的牛仔骨吧！</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>好多年前好鐘意睇《大長今》，最鐘意當然是睇下如何製作宮廷料理。最近又再睇多一次，研究一下如何煮，剛巧經過街市的豬肉檔，有賣非常新鮮的黑毛豬豬軟骨，於是就決定嘗試製作一下。</p>
<p>製作韓式烤肉，很多朋友都喜歡用韓式支裝醬料，貪其方便易煮，但是如果有留意營養標籤，韓式醃肉汁很多時都有增味劑(MSG)，對身體無益，不如選用新鮮材料，味道也很好啊！</p>
<p>新鮮的豬軟骨沒有雪藏味道及豬肉的怪味，加入了新鮮韓國水梨後肉質更軟更滑。吃時與甘筍一同吃，微甜的甘筍提升了豬軟骨的味道。至於煮法並不需要太多技巧，只要有時間炆煮，就能吃到。</p>
<p>下次經過街市時見到靚豬軟骨就可以跟住試下啦！</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/img_6120-2.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-1367" width="4032" height="3024">材料：豬軟骨$60、韓國水梨1/4 個（磨蓉）、甘筍1條（切件）、薯仔一個（切件）、蒜頭3-4粒、紅蔥頭2個（切片）、蔥段適量<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/img_6129-1.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-1360" width="4032" height="3024"></p>
<p>調味：豉油2-3湯匙（視乎咸度及口味）、梨蓉、冰糖少許、麻油1茶匙、水適量<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/img_6130-1.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-1361" width="3024" height="4032"></p>
<p>步驟：</p>
<ol>
<li>豬軟骨洗淨，以活跑水形式汆水後洗淨抹乾</li>
<li>在鍋中加入多一點的油，爆香蒜頭、紅蔥頭後放入甘筍及薯仔後盛起（爆香了的薯仔在炆時可保持形狀，無咁易散開）<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/img_6131-1.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-1362" width="3003" height="3081"></li>
<li>在同一鍋中爆白蔥白，加入豬軟骨煎香<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/img_6134-1.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-1363" width="3024" height="4032"><img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/img_6135-1.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-1364" width="3024" height="4032"></li>
<li>加入調味料及少量水，中小火煮20分鐘<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/img_6136-1.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-1365" width="3024" height="4032"></li>
<li>加入甘筍及薯仔，再煮20分鐘，期間要不時開蓋看看，因薯仔會使醬汁變杰，所以有需要時再加水及調味</li>
<li>煮好後焗20-25分鐘，以叉插入肉看看是可已稔</li>
