<p>小朋友都係鍾意食香口嘅食物，打風嘅時候阿仔有好多嘢都想食！而最想食嘅居然係炸雲吞！而我屋企居然又有炸雲吞嘅材料，咁就滿足下佢嘅願望啦！</p>



<p>炸雲吞最難做得好係蝦膠，如果蝦膠做得好，雲吞就會好彈牙架啦😊大家睇下d相，了解下要點整啦💕</p>

<p>小時候住在舊區，附近有很附地道既餐廳，宵夜最愛食雲吞麵！雲吞麵，又叫細蓉，細細粒，一啖一粒！以前既雲吞，好多時在鋪頭包，八八掛掛既我靠住細個時算得意既樣，會走去問啲叔叔點樣包雲吞，然後佢哋就會送多兩粒俾我食🤣</p>



<p>依家有時返返去細個住嘅地方，見到雲吞檔嘅叔叔都變咗老人家啦，但係雲吞嘅味道如昔，都係充滿人情味💕</p>



<p>在海鮮檔買到細隻既赤米蝦，突然掛住人情味既雲吞🥹冇問題啦，就動手自己包！</p>

<p>話說細細個嘅時候成日跟家人去廣州探親，當時嘅廣州仲有啲地方係舊區，夜晚街道黑媽媽的，喺舊街嘅盡頭有一間唔起眼嘅雲吞麵店，雲吞麵非常非常好食，細細個嘅我好似一個人食到一碗淨雲吞同埋一碗雲吞麵。雲吞細細粒，一粒一啖好好味！不過最好味既係雲吞麵嘅湯底，超鮮味，無添加！</p>



<p>既然賦閑在家，有時間就熬製一個靚湯底，加上簡簡單單自家製嘅雲吞麵，幸福感在於美味嘅湯底！</p>
