<p>小朋友樂喜歡食雞翼，但一般都只喜歡雞中翼，如果可以選擇，唔會食雞鎚！試次去曼谷的時候，去左YY spa 食飯，小丙把雞鎚處理一下，再炸香😚😚真係又香又好食！</p>



<p>返香港後，一直對這款雞鎚念念不忘，襯有點時間，自己又做做看，小朋友居然在搶吃！證明成功啦😎</p>

<p>土匪雞翼，大家都鍾意食，如果用土匪醃料嚟整土匪雞又點樣呢？材料好簡單只係有一隻雞，但係醃料嘅材料比較多！其實買多啲醃料喺屋企，可以Mix and match整好多唔同嘅菜式出嚟，係一個唔錯嘅idea！土匪烤雞，可以轉做烤雞翼、烤雞髀、烤雞鎚……黑芝麻喺表面，脆卜卜又香又好味！</p>

<p>之前都有寫過韓式炸雞嘅食譜，但係係用油炸嘅方法，尋日因為煮飯嘅時間比較忙，所以改用咗氣炸嘅方法，發現整出嚟嘅雞居然比油炸更加好食！皮脆肉滑，仲要好少油，另外又好容易整。</p>



<p>炸雞嘅味道整咗兩款，蒜蓉蜂蜜味同埋韓式辣醬味，各有捧場者，今日lunch time，阿女又話要食韓式炸雞，咁就用雞翼整俾佢食啦！味道又唔錯喎！</p>



<p>今次用上泰國買嘅炸粉嚟炸，雞肉帶有小小嘅蒜頭香味，不俗。</p>

<p>去餐廳食飯好鍾意點茶燻雞嘅呢個茶式，雞肉帶淡淡茶香味，非常好食！一直都好想自己試下整，但又驚搞到成屋煙。</p>



<p>向來都有用香薰習慣既我，係車入面會用薰衣草香薰，昨日如常揸車去街市，但忘記左開香薰機，回家後先關掉，過左幾個鐘又出車，發現香薰味仍舊濃郁，用呢個發現來整茶燻雞唔知道效果又點呢？</p>



<p>最後發現原來都Work喎，雞帶有茶嘅淡淡香味，但又唔會整到成屋都係煙，大家都可以試吓呢！</p>



<p>製作茶燻雞，首先係要整咗一隻豉油雞出嚟先，然後用茶燻返佢一陣間就可以啦！非常容易！</p>

<p>所有小朋友都鍾意食香口野，回想返細個嘅時候都好鍾意去食炸雞、炸薯條等等……普通快餐店食嘅炸雞，食嘅其實係嗰層脆粉，以雞嘅質素來講麻麻哋🥲</p>



<p>自己喺屋企整嘅炸雞，可以用冇激素嘅雞下髀，炸粉嘅材料亦都一清二楚，皮脆肉滑！雖然都係邪惡嘅食品，但係食得更加放心！</p>

<p>以前跟家人去飲宴，最期待的是乳豬、炸子雞同埋鴛鴦炒飯🤭🤭其他的都係食少少就算！鴛鴦炒飯，通常同伊麵一齊出，所以我每次都會睇定菜單，睇下食完邊款菜式就出炒飯！好緊張😂😂😂</p>



<p>鴛鴦炒飯入邊有紅汁，又有白汁！紅汁係惹味之選，白汁配海鮮就幼滑可口，兩款都好好食🤤</p>



<p>今日咁岩兩個小朋友一個話要食紅汁，一個話要食白汁，咁就整一個我小時候最愛既鴛鴦炒飯俾佢地，順手同佢地分享下細個既趣事😊</p>



<p>P.S 坊間嘅鴛鴦炒飯，白汁嗰度通常用青豆，但係我好唔鍾意食青豆！所以就轉左用芥蘭嘅莖部，如果大家鍾意食青豆都可以繼續用嘅！</p>

<p>近排比較忙碌，本身諗住去完曼谷之後懶多幾日開始做外送同埋寫食譜，點知突然間接咗重任要去代課！搞到自己好鬼忙，冇時間寫食譜添🤣今日放咗學後有少少空閒嘅時間，就用呢個罅隙去寫返個食譜俾大家先！</p>



<p>忙嘅時候最鍾意整啲簡單食物，簡單得來好味最緊要，手撕雞我相信係好多大人小朋友鍾意嘅食物，今次配搭咗沙爆魚肚，為手撕雞加入一啲質感。</p>

<p>蜜糖雞扒好多朋友都食過啦，加埋檸檬酸酸甜甜嘅味道，大家都好鍾意，今次嘅蜜糖雞扒用咗兩款唔同嘅橘子去做，就係好熟悉嘅青檸同埋檸檬！雖然呢兩款橘子大家都好熟悉，但係比較少人同一時間用晒兩款，我自己因為用得比較多青檸，對佢嘅味道好熟悉，熱檸檬嘅酸味同青檸其實有少少唔同，青檸係大清新少少澀嘅味道，而檸檬就酸味比較重，兩樣加埋原來效果都唔錯！</p>



<p>呢個餸嘅精髓係煎到脆卜卜嘅雞皮，用上油脂分離鍋去煮，唔使落油雞排入面嘅油份全部釋出，比較健康，如果冇油脂分離鍋嘅朋友都可以試吓用grill pan去煮，效果都差唔多，秘訣係個鍋要燒得非常熱！如果唔係雞皮就會癡到阿媽都唔認得！</p>
