<p>蒸水蛋係小朋友最愛嘅食物之一，非常嫩滑的蒸水蛋用來拌飯吃一流！在相熟的海鮮檔買來兩隻海花蟹，size不太大隻，因為很早就買回家，所以先把它蒸了10分鐘，留了蟹汁備用。晚上就用它來蒸水蛋。</p>



<p>加了海花蟹的蒸水蛋，添加了海鮮的鮮甜味，小朋友吃蒸水蛋，我就可以吃海花蟹！老公不回家吃飯的日子，咁就懶懶地做咗一道菜式😜😜😜</p>

<p>步驟：</p>



<p>1. 海花蟹洗淨，先蒸10分鐘至8成熟</p>

<p>2. 雞蛋打好，放入雞湯及花雕酒拌勻</p>



<p>3. 把雞蛋放入容器中（遇上又幼滑一點的話 ，用隔篩隔去氣泡就可）</p>



<p><br>4.拆開海花蟹，剪去蟹肺及蟹心，把蟹件放在已過濾的雞蛋上</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>其貌不揚聞落臭臭地😝但又有益煎完又好香既就係呢隻cha om 啦，中文名叫羽葉金合歡，cha om 煎蛋是泰國常見既小食，煮唔難但準備功夫較多，因為我地只食cha om的葉，所以要先摘下，因為cha om 的莖部有刺，所以摘葉時要小心d呀😉另外，葉子要摘下後才清洗，如清洗後先摘係好難摘架😉😉</p>
