										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>在街食西餐通過都會送西式湯，除了紅湯及白湯外，忌廉磨菇湯都是另一個選擇！但在街飲的雜菌湯湯通常都是忌廉味很重，完全蓋過了菇類獨有的香氣😢有時還會食到麵粉的粒粒😑😑😑😑在家煮，可用新鮮啡菇、白磨菇仲可以加黑松露😍😍😍😍😍！用薯仔代替麵粉，就算有對麵粉敏感的朋友也可以飲呢👏🏻👏🏻<img loading="lazy" src="http://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2018/12/img_2353.jpg" class="wp-image-1004 size-full" width="4032" height="3024">材料：大啡菇3隻、大白磨菇3隻、鴻喜菇少許、洋蔥半個、有機細薯仔兩個、乾黑松露少許、雞湯250ml、牛油50g、淡忌廉少許、白酒100ml<img loading="lazy" src="http://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2018/12/img_2369.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-1005" width="3024" height="4032"></p>
<p>步驟：</p>
<ol>
<li>大啡菇及白磨菇洗淨去碇及切粒</li>
<li>薯仔去皮切粒</li>
<li>蒜頭及洋蔥切粗粒</li>
<li>在鍋中加入牛油煮融，炒香蒜頭及洋蔥後，加入大啡菇粒及白磨菇粒炒香<img loading="lazy" src="http://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2018/12/img_2371.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-1007" width="3024" height="4032"></li>
<li>加入白酒略煮後，注進雞湯、薯仔及乾黑松露，中細火煮30分鐘</li>
