<p>上星期在街市巧遇雅枝竹，用它來煮了一個非常清甜的湯水，今天終於有時間寫食譜給大家。雅枝竹又名洋薊，是地中海地帶文化中不可缺少的蔬菜，更是意大利多年來家傳戶曉的護肝養生食材。它其實是植物的花朵，洋薊中的洋薊酸（cynarin)。其好處是幫助增加肝臟膽汁分泌和消化脂肪，以調節體內膽固醇，另外有助排除肝臟中的毒素，尤其有解酒功效。</p>



<p>用雅枝竹來煲湯，非常簡單，只需要把雅枝竹花朵的位置切下，再切開，就可以用了。</p>



<p>今次這款湯水配合鮮淮山，更可減低血糖！非常健康呀！</p>

<p>材料： 雅枝竹2支、紅蘿蔔一條、鮮淮山半條、粟米一支、豬展仔一個、蜜棗一粒、瑤柱2粒</p>

<p>雅枝竹切去莖部只留下花朵部份，豬展以跑活水的方式處理後洗淨備用</p>

<p>我今次用了TM5來煲，把所有材料放進，以時間60分鐘/100度/反刀4煮 1小時即可，加入少許鹽</p>



<p>如果用普通煲來煲，先把水煮滾，再把所有材料放進，中火煲1小時，再以大火煲15分鐘，加一點鹽即可</p>
