<p>記得之前去旅行，住過一間酒店，同啲小朋友去游水嘅時候就喺隔離嘅bar食下野咁！佢個蟹肉薯餅係一試難忘，蟹肉鮮甜、薯餅香脆得來入邊又好滑，尋日買到新鮮嘅海花蟹，馬上拆肉來整薯餅。今日試咗整啦，鹹咗少少下次落返少啲鹽😌</p>



<p>蟹肉薯餅用上新鮮嘅紅花蟹，再加忌廉、新鮮香草等等嘅材料，層次不錯呢！不過記得要雪冰格一晚，咁炸起上來就唔會散😉</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>泰式蝦餅常常都會做，也是客人喜歡的菜式之一。相比起蝦，我更喜歡吃蟹！喜歡蟹肉的清甜，也喜歡蟹肉的淡淡海水味。以前做蟹肉餅會用上數個小時來拆新鮮蟹肉。雖然用上很長的時間，但是吃到那種鮮甜的味道，花時間也是值得！</p>
<p>可是，最近比較忙，沒有時間去拆蟹肉。剛好上周在美思特賣時買來一罐蟹肉，就來試試用蟹肉做泰式薄荷蟹肉餅飯吧！</p>
<p>先說蟹肉的味道，雖然是罐頭但是也很鮮味，那鮮味當然與新鮮的蟹不能相提並論，但是以蟹肉罐頭來說可算是鮮味滿分。蟹肉加了honey Mustard 及薄荷，多少點甜甜酸酸的味道，而薄荷則減少了炸物的油脂感，外脆內軟又多汁，好味也！</p>
<p>今次只用了半罐蟹肉，留來一半下次做冬瓜盅！<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/img_0991.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-5463" width="4032" height="3024"></p>
<p>材料：蟹肉半罐8oz左右、麵包糠適量</p>
<p>醃料honey mustard 1湯匙、沙律醬1茶匙、薄荷葉少許（撕碎）、芝麻醬少許</p>

<p>4. 放氣炸鍋以180度先炸8分鐘，再以200度炸3分鐘即可</p>
