										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>農曆年的時候，通常都要宴請親友，有時人多，一次要煮10多個餸，所以時間分配就變得好重要，選擇適當的餸菜，不但能減少煮食的時間，還能給賓客帶來驚喜！</p>
<p>過年時的金蠔，金黃美味，口感脆脆又帶點甜甜的味道大家！煮法亦很簡單。在宴客是烹煮的時間也較短！</p>
<p>如果真的很忙，我會在有空的時候先煮熟金蠔，在見客的時候只需要略煎兩邊塗上蜜糖便可上枱，過程只需5分鐘，既慳時間也很得體🧧宴客的時候，不妨試試看吧！<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/img_5212.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-1223" width="4032" height="3024"></p>
<p>《蜜餞狀元金蠔-4人份》</p>
<p>材料：金蠔4隻、薑2-3片、蔥適量、雙蒸酒1-2茶匙、蜜糖1湯匙<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/img_5266.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-1224" width="3493" height="2545"></p>
<p>步驟：</p>
<ol>
<li>金蠔擦洗乾淨</li>
</ol>
<ol>
<li>把金蠔置在碟放上蔥段及薑片，灑上雙蒸酒</li>
</ol>
<ol>
<li>隔水蒸7至8分鐘</li>
</ol>

<li>一湯匙的蜜糖水加入一茶匙的室溫水拌勻，塗上金蠔的兩邊略煎即成！</li>
