<p>細個既時候住係油麻地區，一到冬天就會同家人去食蛇羹，那時的冬天比而家凍，食完蛇羹好暖胃！其實食蛇羹不為蛇，係為左d薄脆，一碗蛇羹跟一碟仔，爸媽的通常都俾我食埋😂</p>



<p>上星期經過旺角一間老字號蛇鋪，本身入去只係買一碗蛇羹，同老闆傾開計搵佢蛇羹點樣整，但係唔知邊度有蛇肉賣，佢居然話可以買俾我喎！於是乎就買咗半斤蛇肉返屋企，打算有時間就炮製下自家製嘅蛇羹，整返俾細細個帶我去食蛇羹嘅爸爸媽媽食！</p>



<p>自家製嘅蛇羹，用上咗新鮮嘅雞殼熬湯，加入咗胡椒根、芫荽根等等香料，用上馬蹄粉漿，味道不錯！</p>



<p>大家有興趣嘅話，可以跟着煮，想入面有買蛇鋪既名，大家去到可以搵老細話買蛇肉就得啦！</p>
