										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>在中醫的角度而言，薑的用途多蘿蘿：止暈又得、止嘔又得。既能預防感冒，也能去水腫。但不是個個人都喜歡肉薑的辛辣味，尤其是小孩，更不喜歡這種味道。</p>
<p>今早在超市買來有機雞翼，剛巧家中有三款不同的薑：中國肉薑、沙薑及泰國手指薑。就想不如用少許肉薑、再加上多一點的沙薑及一點點的手指薑，看看效果如何，懶懶的用氣炸鍋先風乾再炸，皮脆肉嫩。關鍵是雞翼帶薑的香味卻沒有辛辣味，小朋友也很愛吃啊！<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/img_6419.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-2473" width="4032" height="3024"></p>
<p>材料：雞翼12隻、生薑1小塊、沙薑一小塊（約生薑的兩倍份量）、手指薑1條<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/img_6398.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-2474" width="3024" height="4032"></p>
<p>醃料：生抽2茶匙、沙薑粉少許、糖2茶匙、味椒鹽半茶匙、麻油少許</p>
<p>手指薑蔥蓉：手指薑一條（磨蓉）、蔥適量、鹽少許、糖少許、生抽少許、滾油少許</p>
<p>步驟：</p>
