<p>材料：海鮮（蝦🦐、魷魚、魚塊適量）、蕉葉數片、手指薑少許、咸魚一小塊、lemon basil 少許、紅蔥頭少許、指天椒適量（怕辣可省）<img loading="lazy" src="http://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2018/07/img_3945.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-184" height="2895" width="3472"></p>
<p>醃料：紅咖哩2茶匙、魚露少許、椰漿約2-3湯匙、椰糖少許</p>
<p>步驟：</p>

<li>鮮蝦去殻、魷魚及魚切成小塊</li>

<li>檸檬葉切幼絲、紅蔥頭切碎、指天椒切片、手指薑切粒、lemon basil 取葉洗淨</li>

<li>加入海鮮及2隻蛋拌好（今次沒有加）</li>
