<p>尋日突然間心血來潮想食好香蔥味嘅食品，腦海中諗咗好多唔同嘅菜式出嚟：蔥油雞、蔥油餅、不得了烤雞、蔥油拌麵…….最後就選擇咗蔥油拌麵，因為容易煮，又一碟過，方便方便！</p>



<p>開洋蔥油拌麵嘅開洋，喺浙江嘅方言係解做蝦米，睇落去平平無奇嘅麵條，加入咗濃郁嘅蔥油、冬菇同埋蝦米之後頓時變得唔一樣，不過始終加咗蔥油，有啲肥，唔可以成日食啊！</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>又到一年一度中秋佳節，每逢過節，鮮雞是一隻難求。今年也一樣，已經很早去買，都已經售罄啦！😭</p>
<p>可幸的是，還有一檔相熟的靚冰鮮雞檔，還能買到一隻靚靚鬍鬚雞！因家中傳統過節一定食雞，今年就做一隻勁多蔥的蔥油雞啦！用蒸爐煮的雞又滑又香，加上自製雞油沙薑汁，香味滿瀉！家人都食得好開心啊!<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/09/img_1109.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-4316" width="3024" height="3299"></p>
<p>材料：鮮雞/冰鮮雞一隻（淨重約2斤半）、蔥適量（切絲）、紅蔥頭2粒（切碎）、蒜頭2粒（切碎）</p>
<p>汁料：雞油、沙薑一少塊（磨蓉）、鹽少許、麻油少許</p>
<p>步驟：</p>
<ol>
<li>雞洗淨後抹乾，以鹽醃最少2小時，放蒸爐以100度蒸23分鐘，調低溫度至80度再蒸30分鐘，待涼<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/09/img_1104-1.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-4309" width="4032" height="3024"></li>
