										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>平時愛用油脂分離鍋煮海南雞飯的我，今天因為要煮12人份量的飯，所以決定不用油脂分離鍋，改用蒸爐，猜不到效果出奇地好，雞肉又嫩又多汁，用蒸爐不用睇火可以好懶呀！有蒸爐的朋友快試試呀！<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/08/img_9530.jpg" class="size-full" width="970" height="929"></p>
<p>材料： 嘉美雞一隻（約2斤半）、蒜頭4粒、蔥頭4粒、斑蘭葉1-2塊、香茅3枝、沙薑少許、米2杯、鹽少許、黃薑粉少許<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/08/img_9531.jpg" class="size-full" width="746" height="984"></p>

<li>鮮雞洗淨後抹乾，以少許鹽醃雞內外1晚</li>
<li>蒜頭、蔥頭去皮及切片（也可切碎）、香茅取根部位置，略盅、沙薑去皮後拍扁切細粒</li>
