<p>尋日好晏先去到街市，五點幾嘅時候見到仲有靚嘅一字排骨，忍唔住想買返屋企整蒜香骨！大家都知道一字排骨需要比較長嘅時間去醃製先可以入味，由於非常之想食嘅原因，所以用咗一個極速入面嘅方法，令到蒜香骨喺半小時內可以入味！</p>



<p>另外，傳統嘅蒜香骨需要放上木薯粉，然後再以滾油炸香，因為懶同埋健康嘅考慮，所以唔炸啦！就用氣炸嘅方法鎖住肉汁，再加上炸到脆卜卜嘅蒜頭，加埋蜜糖掃喺面，簡單、方便、好味！</p>
