										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>因氣候暖化，香港的冬天愈來愈短，喜歡冬天的朋友說今年沒有多少日子戴頸巾，有人覺得方便了，因不用穿得厚厚，人比較靈活。</p>
<p>我雖然怕冷，但仍很喜歡冬天，還記得小時候的冬天很冷，一家人便會打邊爐，食煲仔飯、煲仔菜。小時候最愛對鏡呵氣再在鏡子上畫畫&#8230;.隨著冬天消失，這些也一併消失，好像有點可惜吧！</p>
<p>有時候懷念冬天，就想煮一些屬於冬天的菜色，今天突然想吃芋香椰汁臘鴨煲，二話不說就在午飯的時候到街市走一轉，買齊材料回家煮啦😃😃</p>
<p>芋頭的香氣和臘鴨的咸香味，這就是冬天煲仔菜的味道吧😀<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/img_7831.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-1541" width="3024" height="4032"></p>
<p>材料：泰國芋頭半個（切件）、臘鴨腿2隻、薑數片、蒜頭3-4粒、乾蔥頭3-4粒、蔥白適量、蔥花適量、椰汁150ml、水少許、指天椒（可省）</p>
<p>調味：胡椒粉少許、老抽少許（我沒有加）、米酒少許、黃糖少許<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/img_7832.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-1542" width="3570" height="3024"></p>
<p>步驟：</p>

<li>蔥白切段、蒜頭及蔥頭去皮略拍</li>

<li>在炒鍋中加入油，中慢火煎香芋頭，臘鴨腿件也煎香後盛起<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/img_7834.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-1545" width="3024" height="4032"></li>
<li>加蒜頭、蔥白及蔥頭爆香後盛起<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/img_7837.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-1546" width="3024" height="4032"></li>
