										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>天氣突然又涼涼地，凍凍地唔想郁但又想食暖胃既野，凍的時候好想食臘味糯米飯，但傳統做法的生炒糯米飯，無錯是十分好吃但卻炒到手都軟😅加上油量較多，好肥呢😂</p>
<p>呢個糯米飯，用上朋友贈送自家曬的臘腸、潤腸同埋靚冬菇，加上曼谷買的生曬蝦米及糯米，美味極了！重點是用了這個不銹鋼鍋，免去了生炒的步驟，亦縮短了煮食的時間及減少了油量，在寒冷的冬天，隨時也可吃到美味的臘味糯米飯呢！<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/img_5403.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-1248" width="3024" height="4032"></p>
<p>《5分鐘臘味糯米飯-6人份）</p>
<p>材料：糯米3杯、臘腸1條、潤腸1條、冬菇2隻、蝦米適量、蔥花少許<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/img_4665-1.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-1170" width="4032" height="3024"></p>
<p>醬汁：蠔油1湯匙、豉油1湯匙、椰糖少許、麻油1茶匙、老抽少許（混合即可）</p>
<p>步驟：</p>
<ol>
<li>糯米洗淨以室溫水浸2小時後瀝乾備用</li>
</ol>
<ol>
<li>臘腸及潤腸洗淨切粒</li>
<li>冬菇浸軟洗淨後切粒、蝦米洗淨</li>
<li>在不銹鋼鍋中加入臘腸、潤腸、蝦米及冬菇後開火，炒至香氣四溢<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/img_4666-1.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-1171" width="3024" height="4032"></li>
<li>加入已瀝水的糯米略炒後，注入1.5半清水（份量是米的一半），略炒後鋪平，加蓋至鍋邊帶蒸氣冒出<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/img_4667.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-1172" width="3024" height="4032"></li>
<li>轉中小火煮5分鐘</li>
<li>加入醬汁及蔥花即成</li>
