										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>聖誕節就快又到啦，可以與小朋友一起製作甜品開party！很多小朋友都愛吃士多啤梨，今次就用大大粒的韓國士多啤梨製作一個聖誕節甜品吧！</p>
<p>這個甜品並不是我首創的，而是在網上看到類似的甜品，加以創作加加減減後得出的成果。</p>
<p>加了薄荷葉在士多啤梨上面，除了使顏色更突出以外，更為甜品添加了清新的味道！由於忌廉芝士較為飽肚，所以不適宜加太多啊！</p>

<p>材料：士多啤梨12粒（洗淨去葉）、忌廉芝士60克、綿花糖6粒、白糖約一湯匙（可按口味加減）、薄荷葉12塊、糖粉適量、黑芝麻約24粒、瑪莉餅12塊（或任何圓形餅）</p>
<p>工具：打蛋器一個、唧袋一個、唧嘴一個、隔篩一個<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/img_5032.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-5328" width="4032" height="3024"></p>
<p>步驟：</p>
<p>1. 忌廉芝士放室溫中2至3小時至軟身，加入白糖，以打蛋器攪拌至均勻</p>
<p>2. 唧袋剪掉底部位置，放入唧嘴，再把忌廉芝士放進</p>
<p>3. 把忌廉芝士唧到一塊馬莉餅的周邊<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/img_5033.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-5329" width="3024" height="4032"></p>
<p>4. 取出一粒士多啤梨，中間切開<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/img_5034.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-5330" width="2698" height="3024"></p>
<p>5. 把士多啤梨近葉部入反轉，以忌廉芝士貼實<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/img_5035.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-5331" width="2465" height="2645"></p>
<p>6. 在士多啤梨上唧上一圈忌廉芝士<img loading="lazy" src="https://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/img_5036.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-5332" width="3024" height="3024"></p>
