										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>深夜食堂之羅望子苗豬骨湯： 話說今日收到Tammy Chan what’s app 話買左好多新鮮食材俾我地，最重要係羅望子苗最好今日煮，新鮮d,於是立即去一田搵雞買，點知太夜，雞已賣晒了，教主話煮豬骨湯也可，就膽粗粗買了豬骨去試了，湯底是萬用泰式湯底，用來煲冬蔭公湯、椰子雞湯也可！ 加入羅望子苗代替Lime,酸酸的帶點青草香味，餐廳好難試到的味道！另羅望子苗含有豐富的鈣，對血管也很好，所以有機會要試試呀！<img loading="lazy" src="http://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2018/07/img_0034.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-228" height="3024" width="4032"></p>
<p>材料：豬骨2斤、羅望子苗一包、蔥頭10粒、蒜頭8粒、香茅8技、南薑3片、莞茜根6根、肥辣椒適量、蕃茄仔適量</p>

<p>步驟：</p>
<ol>
<li>豬骨清洗乾淨，用跑活水的方法煮一會</li>
<li>羅望子苗去掉啡色已壞部份，洗乾淨</li>
<li>蔥頭蒜頭去衣洗淨</li>
<li>香茅只要根部位置，洗淨後略拍</li>
<li>莞茜根去黃色皮，洗淨略拍</li>
<li>蕃茄仔對半切開</li>
<li>白鑊炒香蔥頭、蒜頭及肥辣椒，拎走肥辣椒<img loading="lazy" src="http://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2018/07/img_0023.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-230" height="4032" width="3024"></li>
<li>加入其他香草及豬骨煲1.5小時至出味</li>

<li>加入鹽、椰糖及魚露試味（此時湯應帶甜味）</li>
